To me Massage Therapy is based upon a holistic approach toward well being of the body, mind, and spirit. I am dedicated to helping you reach your wellness goals.

I am Located at 100 1st Street E. Park Rapids, Minnesota.

My mission is to help to those around me find their Healing Elements. Weather you need healing physically, mentally or spiritually, I believe Massage and Essential Oils can help you in your healing journey in conjunctions with many other elements. I believe God has given us plants and herbs for medicines and has called us to care for others, care for our environment and lastly care for ourselves. When we live a life dedicated to God and caring about everyone and everything around us we can experience overall wellness.
